Wow, a lot of people will probably have to listen to this podcast now, as I will keep doing it because it literally speaks from my soul and means I don't have to repeat myself as much on the phone. Everything is actually quite easy, even if it seems complicated at times. Rolf tickled the important topics out of me. Thank you, Rolf, for that!
It is short and sweet, perhaps a little sneaky at the beginning about the “effects” of alkaline and especially hydrogen-rich water, but towards the end it becomes really very interesting.

PS on the reverse osmosis membrane: I have already dramatized the plastic issue and reverse osmosis membranes, the reverse osmosis technology is very sophisticated. If you want to reduce limescale in hard water, that is also my main recommendation. At the moment I even drink mainly from the Osminion myself, with the "water sommelier glasses" on, and I think about which advantages I should make available without confusing the customers. What tastes best, etc... .
There are now high-performance membranes that do not develop bacterial problems over time. And when I mention plastic, the first 10 liters will probably contain undesirable substances, which you then rinse out. Every filter, including activated carbon filters, must first be "rinsed out". So don't worry, every good reverse osmosis system always has one or two activated carbon filters at the end. So we're in the green zone.
