AquaVolta® H2 Cube hydrogen generator 150ml/min for inhalation and infusion (fumigation) of hydrogen gas (H2)

Description of the AquaVolta® H2 Cube hydrogen generator

The H2 Cube hydrogen generator is newly designed and represents the latest state of the art.
It uses the latest technology from DuPont, which represents a significant advance in efficiency and promises longer system durability.

The MEA-PEM (proton exchange membrane) is currently the best version of the proton exchange membrane

This Micro Electrode Array (MEA-SPE) technology is smaller and yet more powerful than its predecessor SPE-PEM. The membranes are arranged to be more powerful and efficient. You get the purest 99,999% quality of molecular hydrogen (just like the previous SPE H2 models).

Because of MEA's ability to produce more hydrogen using far less energy, you can expect your hydrogen machine to last longer and produce more H2.

DuPont's original breakthrough was SPE/PEM (solid polymer electrolyte/proton exchange membranes). SPE/PEM guaranteed the purity of hydrogen production, while previous hydrogen production methods were nowhere near as pure and healthy.

MEA-SPE technology uses a series of proton exchange membranes stacked to achieve the best results.

Intended use

The Aquavolta® H2 Cube separately produces 150 ml of pure hydrogen gas and 75 ml of oxygen gas per minute and can be used for two functions 1. Inhalation of hydrogen gas 2. Inhalation of a pure mixed gas (hydroxy) of 2/3 hydrogen and 1/3 oxygen

The SPE/PEM electrodes on older generators were made of pure titanium. This latest DuPont technology (MEA) uses the highest quality platinum-coated titanium electrodes from Japan.
The H2 flow is 150 ml/min.

The AquaVolta® H2 Cube is both a hydrogen gas generator and an H2 water infuser.
To make hydrogen water, simply bubble the hose into a bottle of water for a few minutes or use the AquaVolta® Hydrogen Infuser, sold separately.

Aquavolta® H2 Cube – commissioning & functions H2 contentor

Preparation

  1.  Remove the device cover, screw on the water refill tank, remove the sealing film and fill in 250 ml of double-distilled water (laboratory water).
  2. The water level on the water level indicator should now be between the black and blue markings.
  3. Now screw the tank cap back on without the sealing film.
  4. Only use water with a conductivity < 5 microsiemens/cm2 (or 0,5 ohms per meter or 3,2 TDS ppm) to ensure that the electrolytic cell has a full service life of 5000 hours.
  5. Find the drain valve tab on the bottom, open it and let out a little water to bleed the system. Close the tab again.
  6. Attention: You may only switch on the device after a soaking period of 24 hours, otherwise the cell may be damaged.

If water is spilled from the water tank in the machine, the AquaVolta® H2 Cube can be damaged from the inside. If you think you may have done this accidentally, leave the appliance unplugged for as long as you think the spilled water can evaporate.

Test operation (24 hours after preparation)

  1. After 24 hours of soaking, you can use the H2 Cube for the first time.
  2. Connect the power supply to the 220 volt power supply
and insert the plug into the socket on the back of the device.
  3. Briefly press the switch button on the front.
  4. The water level indicator should now be illuminated in blue. At the same time, visible gas bubbles should form in the water and the noise of the fan should be heard.
To stop, press the On/Off button again.
  5. If there is not enough water in the tank, the indicator lights up red.
    Please refill laboratory water.
  6. If the water has a conductivity value that is too high, the indicator flashes red.
Drain the water using the rubber tab on the bottom and replace it.

The silicone nasal cannula (breathing goggles)

  1. The nasal cannula is inserted into the nostrils with the blue tab facing upwards.
The tubes are placed over the ears
and fixed at the back of the head using the sliding blue ring.
  2. The water collector should always be integrated within the supply hose (in front of the Y-branch) to collect any condensation that occurs.
Replacement nasal cannulas are cut at a suitable location with scissors
to put the two ends onto the water collector.
  3. For emptying and cleaning (e.g. with detergent), the water collector can simply be unscrewed in the middle and pulled apart/put back together.
  4. Nasal cannulas are wear items that should be changed at least once a month.
For hygiene reasons, every user needs their own nasal cannula!

Hydrogen inhalation (pure H2)

  1. The main purpose of the H2 Cube is to inhale 150 ml/min of hydrogen gas, which, together with the oxygenated air we breathe, creates a mixed gas with 1,5 - 2,5% hydrogen content.
  2. The H2 Cube always produces hydrogen and oxygen in a ratio of 2:1.
In H2 pure operation, the oxygen escapes through two tiny ventilation holes in the tank cap
    into the ambient air.
  3. Only in rare cases does an H2/O2 mixture make sense as additional oxygen
can reduce the antioxidant effect of hydrogen.
  4. In H2 pure operation, the nasal cannula is only connected to the hydrogen outlet.

    Mixed gas inhalation (hydroxy)

    1. The oxygen that normally escapes can be mixed into the nasal cannula,
by inserting the oxygen valve (1) instead of the tank cap.
The longer side of the valve is pressed into the rubber stopper from above,
which then replaces the screwable tank cap.
    2. In order to connect the nasal cannula to both gas outlets at the same time,
The Y-distributor (2) is equipped with the two hoses (3).
    3. The nasal cannula can then be placed on the Y-piece (4).
    4. The start and stop of inhalation is the same as when inhaling pure H2.
    5. The rubber stopper is incorrectly labeled “Hydrogen outlet”.
It is still used to carry oxygen through.

  1. Gabrielle K -

    Hello Mr Akgün,
    Thank you for the info!
I don't need the mixer because it's not included in the set.
My alternative practitioner Ulrich Elsner from Fluorn-Winzeln, also a customer of yours, recommended the inhaler to me.
He has had the Nafion 117 and I inhale several times, with good success.
I am an asthmatic and have noticed a noticeable improvement in my breathing.
Now I hope that the Cube also meets these expectations and I will be happy to use the test phase.
It would be great if I could throw away my medical inhaler!
I would be happy to look at the linked studies.
    Kind regards to Garching
    Gabrielle K

hi Yasin, yes, I can feel something, it feels as if there is better “ventilation” behind the forehead, as if a veil is lifting. In any case, it's subjectively good for me if it's all just my imagination - true to the motto: He who heals is right. Carmen

    Dear Yasin,
Your “H2-Cube” is purring like clockwork, I think I’m a bit “high” now from 3 hours of H2 sniffing and drinking non-alcoholic Hefeweizen in parallel with processing a stack of paperwork that had to be left behind for a few days because I wasn’t at home was... and I think this particularly invigorating effect came from the H2... 😀 ...

  4. Andy B. -

    Dear Mr. Akgün…
... The Cube is already working diligently, my mother-in-law has problems breathing. After the first use, about an hour, she was able to sleep well without the accumulation of mucus and coughing up in the morning. Isn't that wonderful.
The payment for the second package will be released by the bank tomorrow.
Thank you very much for your competent advice and quick delivery of the goods.
I look forward to your reply
    Andy B.
