Then you will definitely be looking forward to the next lecture evening with your partner to suggest this really important lecture and to dive into this very important topic together - choosing the right drinking water. Above all, it's not just about the right water, it's literally about food in its purest form. What the entire universe almost completely consists of:
Hydrogen (H2) – not water, i.e. H2O, which in turn is nothing other than oxidized, i.e. old, hydrogen!
The following is the spoken content of Karl Heinz Asenbaum's lecture on electro-activated, alkaline water:
1. Today I'm telling you about the electrical activation of the most important food in our lives. Water.
2. The two-thirds majority of our total weight is water. We find 60 percent of the body water in the cells, the remaining 40% in the intercellular space of the intercellular fluid. Women have 5 – 10% less water content. If we notice a decrease in vitality as we get older, this is also accompanied by a loss of body water. The World Health Organization (WHO) provides the following guidelines:
Children 60–75% (m/f)
Women 50-55% (no age stated) Men 60-65% (no age stated)
Within two weeks, every water molecule in the body is replaced by a new one, while the “old” water causes metabolic waste to be excreted. The water requirement per day is a minimum of 10 liters per 0,34 kg of body weight.
So water is fundamentally a quantity problem. However, most people prefer to drink something else
3. You like other drinks like tea. Coffee, lemonade or beer much better. As a native of Munich, I had my playgrounds under the chestnut trees in Taxisgarten or Hirschgarten. If that doesn't mean anything to you: These are beer gardens with a carousel and a sandpit. At least you quickly get used to the fact that drinking less than one liter, i.e. what we in Bavaria call a standard, is actually intolerable. After all, according to the Purity Law, beer consists of over 90% water. So you won't die of thirst. Water is for the poor and needy.
4. If it's really missing, the doctor can put in an infusion. This is the current concept of water that a medical student learns. Water is needed in emergency medicine.
5. You can't deny that birds have a certain contempt for food, even in beer gardens. Even if current medicine is deaf to water medicine, what the pigeon has to do is what it has to do. Water at any price.
6. Successful animal breeders make the birds more comfortable. The most advanced ones have been using the electro-activated water that I'm talking about today for a long time
7. And if you have a pet and don't want to drink water, you should at least give your pet some electro-activated water.
8. So what is this electro-activated drinking water? Click Now that's water Click,
Which is confronted with high voltage. And a small part of the energy input remains stored in the water like in a battery.
Sounds weird. But it is like that. It still took around 170 years to understand the process.
9. At the beginning there was a trained pharmacist from Silesia who came to the Bavarian Academy of Sciences in Munich via Jena. The name should be remembered because it bears the stamp of the discoverer or inventor for the most important things that make up our current and future lives. This includes solar energy, because he discovered ultraviolet light, this includes the production of hydrogen, because he invented its production through electrolysis, this includes the study of electrical currents in biological organisms, and last but not least he invented the battery, which everyone uses us probably carries one around in his cell phone. His name is Johann Wilhelm Ritter. And he was truly a knight without fear or blame. Fascinated by Luigi Galvani's electrical experiments with twitching frog legs, he carried out electrical experiments on the living body, namely himself. No wonder that he died at the age of 34 and went down in scientific history as a kind of Beethoven of the natural sciences, as an impetuous daredevil. Humboldt, Goethe, Novalis Brentano and all his contemporaries agreed: he was the most brilliant person of his time.
10. Ritter had noticed that bubbles were appearing on silver wires that he had connected to the positive and negative terminals of a battery and wanted to know what kind of bubbles they were. The positive pole only had bubbles that were half as big as the negative pole. Ritter was able to show that the gas collected on the right was hydrogen and the gas on the left was oxygen. Because the water was broken down into these gases by the electric current.
11. I recreated it here. But I was interested in something completely different than gas formation. Namely
12. What actually happens to the water from which the two gases have been robbed? To do this, I first measured 2 electrochemical values of the starting water.
pH 7,72, redox potential + 274. After electrolysis, the redox potential in the water basin fell by almost 600 mV. In the left glass above the anode the pH value dropped slightly by 0,3. In the right one, however, it increased by 0,5 pH. So something chemical happens there, namely a change in the pH value. And a lot of electrical stuff. Because for every 18 millivolts less redox potential, there are twice as many electrons in the water. 600 divided by 18 is 33. Doubled 33 times. A huge increase in electrons that every living thing that comes into contact with this water is happy about. Unfortunately, Professor Ritter had no modern measuring instruments and he didn't care about the water. Otherwise he would have become the inventor of electrically activated drinking water. Click. Nevertheless many thanks!
????13. Two years after Ritter, in 1802, the first Russian appeared in the history of electroactivated water: The Moscow physics professor Petrow said: Not good for water after electrolysis. When the water residues from gas separation come together again, it becomes Voda again instead of vodka. So he put a semi-permeable membrane between the electrodes as a barrier, creating a cathode chamber and an anode chamber. This is called a diaphragm. This means that the resulting bases on the right can no longer neutralize themselves with the acids on the left, and a much greater change in pH values occurs. As you can see by the discoloration of the indicator. Click
A different redox potential also develops electrically. On the left it becomes electron-poor and positive, on the right it becomes electron-rich and negative. To be honest, this is the first water ionizer and Vasily Vladimirovich Petrov is celebrated for it, at least in Russia. However, around 120 years passed before anyone actually took an interest in it.
????14. The abundance of electrons in alkaline activated water is so great that it has an antioxidant effect. While the acidic activated water becomes highly oxidative. In Russia one is called living water, the other dead water.
????15. A bath like this in electron-rich living water can remove rust from a rusty chain.
????16. Living water is also called alkaline active water because it is acid-free and rich in electrons. This means it also has more dissolving power compared to dead water, for example in a tea bag.
????17. Or here with coffee powder.
????Because alkaline activated water can also transfer electrons and minerals across biological barriers, it is not only an elixir for weakened people and animals. Even a wilted lettuce can be quickly freshened up again by placing it in activated alkaline water. Progressive agricultural businesses, especially in Russia, the Baltics, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Japan, Malaysia and Korea, use it to raise chickens, pigs and poultry as well as to promote chemical-free growth of plants. More about that in my books.
????18. In Russia people are very convinced of the tightness of latex condoms. That's why people were very surprised for a while that electroactivated water could transmit its negative redox potential through such a condom. Some immediately spoke of contactless ionization. But the flow cannot be stopped so easily. The latex parts do not hinder electrolysis in the slightest
????19. Let’s now simulate drinking alkaline active water. Since we are in Munich, we again use white sausage casings, into which we add ionized Munich tap water with a negative redox potential of -226 mV. We place the active water sausage from Munich in deionized reverse osmosis water with a neutral redox potential of 5 mV for 0 minutes. This water has no energy. But it sucks out about half the energy from the active water sausage within 5 minutes and then has -107 mV. By the way, we know from Russian research and our own experiments that this transfer can also take place through materials that are more compact than the intestine, for example latex condoms or glass. The redox potential from the activated water is therefore transferable. We know from other experiments that it can also be transferred to the blood.
????20. Unlike latex, not only the redox potential but also bases are transferred through biomembranes. As a model, I used a Munich white sausage casing - it comes from Persian sheep - and filled it with electro-activated alkaline water in drinking strength instead of sausage meat. I put the whole thing in physiological saline solution, i.e. blood substitute, the pH was neutral and quite oxidative with a redox potential of 194. The transfer happened in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we even had significant absorption of calcium and magnesium ions into our model blood. There is only sodium chloride in the saline solution. That's why the measuring strips all remain green. The electro-activated alkaline active water, on the other hand, was full to the brim and all fields were red. At least half of it has passed through the intestines in this short time. So much for the stupid nonsense on the internet that calcium and magnesium dissolved in water cannot be absorbed by the intestines because they are inorganic. I always get upset when I hear something like that.
????22. So from what we know today, the fountain of youth that humanity has been looking for for a long time is electron-rich water.
????23. But today we are not concerned with bathing water, but with electron-rich drinking water, which is even referred to as fountain of youth water in this book by Dietmar Ferger.
????24. The first person who perhaps suspected this was the Munich engineer Alfons Natterer in 1930.
????25. Yes, Munich again, 3 blocks away from the Aquacentrum at Holzstrasse 47, the then mid-30-year-old engineer, about the same age as Mr. Akgün is today, built his first electrolyte water shop.
????26. He worked with the method of electrosmosis, which was patented in 1923, initially with the aim of producing particularly pure water for brewing beer. This should be neutral, like the one in the middle chamber here. But the Munich breweries didn't want to be told anything by a man from the Allgäu and Natterer gave the types of water to doctors to try out. This is how the healing water from the socket came into being, which is now used in a modernized form by 100 million people.
????27. As early as 1938, the so-called Hydropuryl electrolyte water was included in Gehe's codes as a drug specialty. Initially just the water from the middle cell, later also the basic and acidic electrolyte water.
????28. Incidentally, a contemporary of Natterer was the soft water guru Louis-Claude Vincent. He is still quoted today by fans of distilled water and reverse osmosis water with his theories that the fewer minerals there are in the water, the better it is for your health. Natterer also originally wanted to produce mainly deionized water. But there is a huge difference between electro-osmosis and reverse osmosis and distillation: the water does not contain any electrons. Therefore, Hydropuryl N, as Natterer called his deionized electrolyte water, was approved as a remedy in pharmacies. Mr. Vincent, on the other hand, is not even mentioned in the bibliography of the World Health Organization's international report on calcium and magnesium in drinking water. I haven't managed to buy one of his supposedly important books anywhere and only the French Wikipedia has written a short article about him.
????29. Due to numerous positive reports, Natterer received 3 medicinal product approvals from the Federal Health Office and also two German patents for his invention. By 1981, Hydropuryl factories had been built in Munich, Berchtesgaden and Wernberg in the Upper Palatinate, which produced the water in large electrolysis machines and sold it in bottles, mainly through pharmacies. Incidentally, at prices that would make breweries green with envy with their beer. In the 2s you could get 70 liters of beer at Oktoberfest for 50 Mark 2.
????30. No wonder sales grew. In 1981, Alfons Natterer died, who insisted until the end that not only his acidic water, but also the other two types, could be kept for a long time. This is of course not true, as the Munich Bacteriological Research Institute and the Curry Clinic at Ammersee had already proven in the early 60s. In fact, only the acidic portion of Alfons Natterer's legacy remained in an acidic electrolyte ointment that is still very popular today, especially among top athletes. I use it myself with great success for joint pain and the well-known sports doctor and anti-doping specialist
????31. No wonder sales grew. In 1981, Alfons Natterer died, who insisted until the end that not only his acidic water, but also the other two types, could be kept for a long time. In fact, only the acidic portion of Alfons Natterer's legacy remained in an acidic electrolyte ointment that is still very popular today, especially among top athletes. I use them myself with great success for joint pain and the well-known sports medicine and anti-doping specialist recently told me. I always have a suitcase of it in the car. Electro-activated water does not violate doping regulations.
????32. But the electro-activated water had already spilled over the world. While the possibilities of electrolyte water were discussed very openly in Germany, the researchers behind the Iron Curtain in the Soviet Union, who had been working with it since the 70s, remained completely silent. What happened? In 1972, the engineer Vitold Bakhir came up with the idea of electrolytically treated water
could be used as drilling fluid in the development of natural gas fields in Uzbekistan. This made it possible to save a lot of the expensive chemicals that would otherwise be necessary. So it was a technological rationalization idea that was initially behind it. And the first public article about it appeared in a rationalization magazine in 1979. People spoke there
of “living” and “dead” water. The rest sounds like a fairy tale from the Silk Road: workers on the drilling rigs bathed in the catholyte from drilling water production. The frequent sunburns healed. They didn't get any new ones. The first thing that was examined in more detail about the effects of electrolyte water was the effect of alkaline active water (catholyte) as a radiation protection and healing agent. When it became clear from animal experiments that this worked, the military probably came up with the idea that it would be better to keep this dirt-cheap radiation protector secret. After all, there was a cold war. However, funds from several ministries flowed to Uzbekistan, where what was probably the largest functional water research project of all time began. Today it is clear that Vitold M. Bakhir was the first to coin the term “electro-chemical activation” (ECA) in 1975. While until then only the chemical property of being acidic or basic had been the focus of interest, Bakhir and his ever-growing team of the world's best water researchers recognized that this water had an electrical activity that could not be explained with the usual chemical formulas ( Nernst equation) could be calculated. During a “relaxation period” lasting hours to weeks, it showed
abnormal properties and activities before falling back into thermodynamic equilibrium.
????33. It was only in 1997, after over 300 patents had already been granted by Russian researchers, that Bakhir published his groundbreaking findings with the doctor Prilutzky and described the extensive Soviet research in this area. The central concept here was the abnormal redox potential of both the alkaline and the acidic activated water. Now the active water boom could begin. Most people in this room know how this billion-dollar market is booming worldwide today. In a 2003 interview, Bakhir, now appointed professor at the Moscow Academy, said that there was no hospital left in all of Russia that did not use this technology. He sold 5 devices in 25.000 years. He is also an entrepreneur, like many of the members of the former “Tashkent team”. Bakhir is truly the superstar of water researchers, and if he weren't so business-minded, he would certainly be a Nobel Prize candidate. You just don't know whether it's for physics or chemistry.
Now you've made it through 30 slides without yawning. It's time for a little entertainment supplement in the form of a film sponsored by the Aquacentrum
????34. First, I'll modify Ritter's experiment by separating the processes. I produce the purple alkaline water on the left in a modern water electrolysis device and let it flow out in a glass bowl under a laboratory glass. There is no energy source in the shell, especially no electricity. Only electro-activated alkaline water. Now we see how the water gradually pushes hydrogen into the inverted laboratory glass. Of course, hydrogen also escapes outside, but we don't notice it. The energy that we put into the water during electrolysis is partially retained in the hydrogen and can be represented by the oxyhydrogen explosion. Let's take a look at that. This is also what happens in the piston of a modern hydrogen engine.
????35. You could also call such a car a water deionizer.
????36. You can say that alkaline activated water is charged like a battery through the process of electrolysis. If you drink six glasses with a redox voltage of minus 203 mV, that adds up to a considerable energy potential.
????37. Excess electrons are measured with an ORP or redox monitor, which measures the electrical potential in the water. The unit of measurement is millivolts. -204 millivolts means an excess of electrons of 204 millivolts. 14 millivolts, a positive value, indicates an electron deficiency of 14 millivolts. By stirring with the so-called twister, a water swirler, we destroyed 228 millivolts of negative redox potential within one minute. This means that there is no longer any biological effect, as we know today. The answer to the problem of lack of durability has long been found. You just have to drink it fresh by producing it close to the consumer. Japanese and Russian engineers thought: Before the milk goes sour, they should bring the cow into the house.
????38. This is how the simple electrolysis cells developed into real power packs that today work with up to 9 electrodes and can electroactivate the water very quickly. While Alfons Natterer needed over 24 hours and huge machines to produce it, modern electrolysis cells from Japan, Russia and Korea can do it in fractions of a second and with a flow rate like a water boiler.
????39. Although I have only been working with this technology for 10 years, I have already accumulated a small museum of devices that are available in Europe today. Around 100 million people worldwide already drink alkaline activated water from a modern water ionizer. Unfortunately, I discovered that only a few of the devices on offer are designed to ionize drinking water from Central Europe, which largely has a completely different composition than the water in the Far East, where the devices are manufactured today. Our water is usually much harder and cannot be ionized with weak devices. I don't want to go too much into technical questions here. Maybe we can do that in the discussion. It's not just the water ionizer you use that matters, but also the water. I would like to explain this to you with an example.
????40. In Japan and Korea the water is almost as soft as reverse osmosis - i.e. deionized technical water. With super soft and mineral-poor water, e.g. B. with reverse osmosis water like this, you can achieve high pH values of over pH 10 and a redox value of -200 mV even with a weaker device like the one shown above. But that doesn't mean that this is a good electrolyte water. It's like a child weighing 10 kg jumping from a 3-meter board into the water with a 100 kg colossus next to him. He simply releases more energy when he jumps into the water. The pH value corresponds to the jump height. The redox value corresponds to the falling speed. But body mass plays a significant role in the impact effect. And this corresponds to the mineral wealth of the water. In professional circles this is called buffering. Because the pH value is only a relative reference value and not an absolute value. In other words: pH without minerals in the background can be destroyed quickly and is worth nothing. These are just a few bases with no background. On my website you will find a few formulas on how you can actually determine the value of a pH or redox value, i.e.: How much acid can I neutralize with it. And how much oxidation can I remove if I ionize the water.
????41. We also know that it can increase blood flow within 10 minutes.
????42. But which water makes it faster? The electro-activated or the very good expensive mineral water. You can also make the difference visible using a thermographic camera. On the left, increased blood circulation within 45 minutes with alkaline active water. On the right, the much smaller increase in blood circulation with Gerolsteiner still mineral water. 8,3 to 3,7 degrees Fahrenheit for the electro-activated water. More than twice as much.
????43. With better blood circulation, the oxygen level also improves: 45 minutes after drinking 1 liter, the oxygen pressure in the blood increases
????44. It is important to compensate for an unhealthy lifestyle. Because no matter how healthy we eat: In principle, a so-called alkaline diet also leads to acidic metabolic waste. And above all, there is one thing we can hardly prevent: due to the long transport routes, early harvesting, animal husbandry that is not appropriate to the species and, last but not least, the denaturation process when cooking or preserving our food, the excess of electrons that is so characteristic of living food decays expresses species-appropriate low redox potential.
????45. The researcher Prof. Manfred Hoffmann carried out complex measurements on foods in order to objectively evaluate their nutritional quality based on pH and ORP value.
His results are consistent with my conclusions. In fact: see above. And we can compensate for inferior, outdated or overcooked foods, which we cannot always avoid in every life situation, by drinking alkaline electrolyte water. 100 million people have already bought a water ionizer for their home. Of course, having a cow at home that always produces fresh milk is initially much more expensive than buying cheap long-life milk from a discounter. But we can drink ourselves alkaline and vital.
????46. We claim and prove this in our book and film called Drink Alkaline.
????47. Let's take a look at the entire table contained therein. We then see the upper limit of drinking water at 9,5 pH. This is also the value that we recommend as the upper limit for alkaline active water. 9,5 actually means 250 times more bases than in the most alkaline food, spinach! Animals often drink very alkaline water from rivers, rainwater puddles and lakes and it does not harm them.
Lemonades are really sour, even more sour than vinegar. We just don't taste it that way because the acidity is masked by sugar. We don't just take a tablespoon of the lemonade, we drink a whole bottle.
????48. Above all, if we drink alkaline activated water, we can reduce the usual acidic drinks such as mineral water, juices, alcohol, coffee and lemonades. And if we drink an acidic orange juice from concentrate, we can be certain that the antioxidants that may have already been used up will be recharged by alkaline active water, just like the wilted arugula in the picture before. This is not a joke, but is completely scientifically undisputed. Alkaline activated water recharges antioxidants with electrons.
????49. If you look at the electrochemical secret of drinking water, which is sold from a healing point of view, from the point of view of alkalinity and electron richness, it quickly becomes clear what it is all about. Electro-activated alkaline active water from Munich beats even the best sources in nature. Incidentally, many mineral waters have a redox potential of over + 200 mV up to a maximum of 320, i.e. highly oxidizing. In my opinion, if you swallow a nail, you are more likely to increase your digestive efficiency by causing it to rust quickly. After what has already been said, it is probably clear to you that you cannot fill the healing waters with negative redox potentials into bottles and take them home. By the time they get there, it will have long since evaporated, just as a tulip they cut off soon wilts.
????50. If you want to find out more about this and don't just read my books, you will come across different names for it:
Basic activated water, activated alkaline water, ECA water (electrochemically activated). Katholyte, alkaline reduce or reduced water, alkaline ionized water, Aquion active water, Bionlite active water, Kangen water electrolyzed reduced water and I have also trademarked a term, namely Hydrionator water
????51. But there is one thing behind all these names:
200 times more alkaline than tap water
10.000 times more alkaline than average mineral water 100.000 times more alkaline than coffee
1.000.000 times more alkaline than wine
10.000.000 times more alkaline than lemonade
Approximately 50% more mineral-rich than the original water before electrolysis
????52. A standard mineral water with an average pH of 5 even has an acid-base balance that is 200 times worse than normal tap water with a pH of 7. And has 10.000 times fewer bases than an alkaline active water with a pH of 9. So I drink even more alkaline debt with such mineral water. than I already have. And that's why I say: stop lugging around boxes and paying for expensive sour mineral water.
????53. An example that everyone really understands is breast milk: one of the more important mixed drinks in our lives is baby milk. If we mix different types with the extra expensive Humana baby milk water, we get the pH values visible on the yellow labels at the top and ORP values at the bottom. Now you should know that real breast milk, for which this is supposed to be a substitute, has a pH value of 7,4 and an ORP value of -50 mV in a healthy mother. This isn't really surprising, as these are the same values as blood. Why should nature make it difficult for the baby to absorb the nutrients in milk into the bloodstream as quickly and without using energy? This is easier if the values of water in the blood and water in the milk are the same.
But we can't do that with baby milk preparation. The test winner Milumil on the far right has a pH value of 6,64, which is around 8 times less base than in breast milk. And the ORP value differs by 80 mV from the optimum.
Things get even worse if you mix the powder with well-meaning care with a much-advertised still mineral water made from Adelholzen. Then your baby milk has a pH of 5,85 and +71 mV. You can get your baby used to drinking coffee straight away.
According to my experiments, in order to raise the heavily buffered cow's milk powder to human normal values using alkaline active water, a pH value of around 11,5 and -580 mV is required for the mixed water. So you can see how much base and energy the mother uses for her baby in order to transfer the proteins and fats from the milk to the child in a nevertheless favorable physiological environment. Breast milk is a stroke of genius of nature that we can imitate.
????54. Can you use alkaline activated water to improve not only the milk substitute, but also the breast milk itself? My measurement results show a clear trend in this direction. The negative ORP more than doubled in one trial within 15 days. The pH remained practically the same.
????55. Now I may have convinced them, but they think it's too expensive for me. I'd rather buy a mineral water ionizer. In the animal kingdom this is called mimicry.
For example, cups with granules that supposedly produce alkaline active water. They seem to increase the pH like an electrolyte water. To do this, you also use chemical means to reduce the redox potential by a few millivolts.
????56. The granules consist of various ceramic beads and metal shards that cause chemical reactions in the water according to the chemical redox series until they are used up. You can already see from the measured values that something is wrong: The pH meter shows an incredibly high pH value of 10,47, the ORP meter on the right only shows a low value of -7 mV. In the case of diaphragm electrolysis, at this pH value it would be at least -350 mV, depending on the composition of the starting water.
In addition, the substances sometimes used, such as germanium or silver, may pose a health risk. In this respect, it is logical that the manufacturer of a stick that costs less than €50 and is intended to be placed in a glass so that alkaline water forms in a few minutes has chosen the term water in-onizer. Water ionization requires the removal of certain ions and not the addition of chemical reagents. I'll show you in a film how chemical water ionization works in principle.
????57. I'll show you in a film how chemical water ionization works in principle.
????58. Let's now move on to real water ionizers with a simple two-chamber system, as they are mainly manufactured in the former Soviet republics. They cost from €250. However, you should only ionize water that is absolutely free of pollutants, so you also have to calculate the costs for a water filter. The operation requires technical skill and approximately 15 minutes per liter.
????59. Household water ionizers always have very good built-in pre-filter cartridges, because it is dangerous to ionize pollutants because they can then potentially cause more damage. The filters cost between €55 and €120 and last 6-12 months.
????60. Here you can see a Japanese device, the Leveluk SD 501 from the Japanese company Enagic. Despite the technology being far outdated compared to Korean devices, it is robust. The high price of around €3000 is technically far excessive. It is unique and has an extra tank for adding liquid saline solution. In this way you can produce a strongly basic and strongly acidic aqueous solution, which is not suitable for drinking purposes, but is used, for example, as a cleaning agent or for certain medical purposes.
????61. The premium devices from Aquion are very suitable for Germany. Like my Quantomed, this company has been on the German market for 10 years
????62. They have everything an acceptable ionizer needs: fully automatic self-descaling with flow reversal, 9-electrode cell for hard water, rotary knob for flow control. Flow and filter consumption display. But they are a little bigger: the family devices from the dynamic Korean manufacturer Allsbon. Because they have space for 2 pre-filters, which many people find absolutely necessary given the unresolved lead problems in sanitary fittings, hormones and antibiotics from agriculture and water disasters like Fukushima. If you have intact water - and that's what's special - you can do without one or even both pre-filters and thereby save money. Because the filters can be bridged without the electronics breaking down like other double filter devices. Ideal for people who already have a drinking water filter installed and don't want to spend twice as much on the water ionizer.
????63. So how do you connect a water ionizer? The supply hose can be installed in just a few minutes. This only doesn't work if there is an unpressurized boiler under the sink. Every household water ionizer comes with a diverter tap that is screwed onto the aerator thread using the adapter provided and connected to the supply hose. The drainage hose for the sour water waste - here gray in the picture on the right - either hangs into the sink or is drained off via a special tap (ru).
????64. If you don't want to see hoses dangling around, you can branch off the ionizer from the cold water pressure line under the sink using the T-piece provided.
????65. A solution that everyone should really check for themselves is now really mature: If this first mobile device in the continuous electrolysis process, which can also be connected directly to the cold water pipe or the tap, were not limited to the space for the electrolysis cell inside, it would really be the universal device for the cell phone and smartpad generation. It can get amazing water values from its 4 platinum galvanized electrodes with a surface area of 594 cm2. Thanks to the drawer design and the TUNING options of the filling system, professional anolyte and catolyte can be produced at the push of a button, which is otherwise only possible with slow pot devices or very expensive industrial equipment. Together with Mr. Akgyn, I wrote a comprehensive manual that shows the diverse possibilities of this device.
????66. I hope I have whetted your appetite for alkaline active water. Some people don't know that they use 30 liters of drinking water a day to flush the toilet and say that the 2 liters of acidic water that is produced as waste during alkaline water production is a huge waste. I also developed an idea for them, except that they can use it to water flowers and it's not bad for skin care either. Fry your fish, schnitzel or steak not in fatty acids, but in water acids. We did the test and fried them with sour water. We didn't think it was any worse, in fact it was juicier and sometimes better than grilled or fried food. You also have a sauce made from the leftover water. Try it yourself. Nothing stands in the way of the creative path to more vitality if you have a water ionizer.

We did the test and fried them with sour water. We didn't think it was any worse, in fact it was juicier and sometimes better than grilled or fried food. You also have a sauce made from the leftover water. Try it yourself. Nothing stands in the way of the creative path to more vitality if you have a water ionizer.
????68. In addition to the already mentioned Drink yourself alkaline, I would like to point you to our Human Service Manual. I wrote this book together with the Bad Füssing spa and natural medicine doctor Dr. Written by Walter Irlacher. It shows the medical, professional methods of how to effectively deacidify, purify, detoxify and de-stress. The fact that the book expanded at a pace that always surprised us was primarily due to one special feature. Dr. Irlacher was the first German doctor to use a new medical tool on a large scale, which we call alkaline active water. The interesting thing about it is that even laypeople can easily use it at home. Dr. In our book, Irlacher calls it the “perpetuum mobile of deacidification”. And this path has not only captivated him, but also many people. Because deacidification is one of the central medical issues of our time.
????69. The alkaline active water is not only an interesting tool for doctors to improve the flow properties of the blood, to combat metabolic diseases such as diabetes, to support the performance of the kidneys and to provide the bacteria in the intestine with an optimal environment
????70. The active water brings more
bases in the body
and, thanks to its abundance of electrons, promotes the recharging of our antioxidant powers.
It is the ideal calorie-free prophylaxis
????71. It leaves an ecological footprint because we can use it sustainably by using the acidic water as green chemistry in the hygiene industry, in animal breeding or in agriculture
????72. And last but not least, it helps us to intelligently correct the living things in our food, which we have largely destroyed due to the state of our civilization. Alkaline activated water is the smart drink of our time. The earlier you start with it, the better.
????73. Finally, an almost biblical picture from my windowsill: Maybe you still know the story of Esau and Jacob. Esau traded his birthright for a lentil dish from Jacob. Jacob was the smarter one because he had many lenses. The seeds on the left were watered with tap water. The ones on the right with electro-activated alkaline water, which I also drink every day. I'm not bigger. But smarter than Jacob.
????74. The pH value is one measurable side of alkaline activated water. The pH value is the ratio between hydroxide ions (OH-) and hydrogen ions (H+), i.e. not an absolute number, because 1: 2 = 2: 4 = 1000: 2000 etc. always results in 0,5. However, the buffering of the water is crucial for its “alkaline power”. Water has very little buffering in the stomach compared to a strong acid such as hydrochloric acid. That's why you can drink water as well as alkaline active water in the usual quantities with food without the pH value of the gastric juice falling significantly. The Russian researchers Prilutzky and Bakhir show this in a table using the example of a very strong alkaline active water. An acidin-pepsin solution is used as a gastric juice model, which corresponds to the natural mixing ratio of hydrochloric acid and the digestive enzyme pepsin in the stomach. The challenger is highly alkaline active water (Catholyte) with a pH of 10,5 and a mineral content of 1000 mg/liter. As you can see, neither a ratio of 1 to 100 nor 1 to 10 causes a significant increase in the pH value in the gastric juice model. The change is correspondingly even smaller for alkaline active water in drinking quality with pH 9,5 (max) and normal mineralization of 100 - 400 mg/liter. But alkaline activated water is well buffered even compared to other types of water.
????75. Here I diluted alkaline active water with a pH of 11,9 from Munich tap water with deionized water from reverse osmosis in a ratio of 1 to 10. The pH value only fell by 0,5 pH to pH 11,5 because deionized water is practically not buffered at all because it has no ions. So after the 10-fold dilution I still have a very strongly alkaline water. However, since this would not withstand an acid attack due to its low buffer, it is actually worthless dead water. The minerals are missing
????76. If you now look at the ability of alkaline activated water to neutralize less buffered acids compared to tap water from the same origin, an experiment with the lemonade Coca Cola (with sugar) resulted in the following picture: Initial pH neutralization at pH 7 Cola: pH 2,7, 7,6 — Tap water: pH 1 32: 9,5 Alkaline activated water: pH 1 16: XNUMX Compared to the alkaline activated water, the tap water required twice the amount to balance the acidity of the cola because it was only half as strongly buffered with bases
????77. In 2014, I mixed all the types of mineral water from my water bar in Munich in equal parts to determine their average pH value. On average the pH was 5,61. The ion content (TDS) was 437 ppm The redox potential (ORP) was +341 (CSE) mV So mineral water is nowhere near as acidic as a cola. But on average you don't get this neutral. There is every reason to drink electro-activated alkaline water. Not only me.
