Contragion® anti-germ balls with, among other things, macroporous gold ceramics - with or without holder for the H2 Rocket reactor tank
The two Minerade® pH2 tabs in the pressure vessel work through micro-electrolysis in the pores of a patented ceramic. Molecular hydrogen (H2 gas) up to 5 ppm as well as ions of calcium, magnesium, silicon (ortho-silicic acid) and zinc are released into the water (time and water dependent). The redox potential drops by up to 500 millivolts around water.
The Contragion® anti-germ balls protect the water-gas mixture in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, especially against contamination during longer periods of standstill.
Tabs and balls are always changed at the same time after 6 to 12 months (depending on consumption and water). Before opening the pressure tank, you must release the water pressure by turning off the blue water inlet dial on the top and then opening the tap until no more water flows out. Check: Pressure gauge shows 0 bar. You then need the filter key.
The ball container and the TABs are on the screw cap. Remove the used TABs and balls by unscrewing the 6-point screw. If necessary (limescale, biofilm), clean the pressure container manually with bio-descaler and/or disinfectant spray. Then fill in fresh Contragion® anti-germ balls. Put a TAB and the washer onto the hexagonal screw. Place the next TAB above it. Fill in 6 L of water and close the screw cap. Turn the device over, open the water supply and test for leaks. You can find out more about this in the Instructions for the H2 Rocket or in the product H2 Rocket.
