- Before and after use, you should drink water if possible and switch off the phone.
- Please only use items made of cotton to cover, not synthetic fibers
- Take it slow. Increase application time and temperature gradually. Listen to your inner voice and don't develop hectic ambitions: relaxation is not a sport!
- Don't force yourself to relax either. If your thoughts are restless, allow it. The heat will do its work on its own. If you really want to make an effort to become healthier, focus on your body. Observe what happens to your muscles and where relaxation occurs later than in the rest of your body.
- Find your ideal lying position intuitively by simply being mindful of yourself. Nothing can go wrong.
The BioMat® Amethyst infrared mat
Protection against poisoning, cleansing and peace on a physical and spiritual level - people have associated these terms with amethyst since ancient times. Translated from ancient Greek, his name means: the one to whom alcohol poison does not harm. What does amethyst radiate?
Its long-wave heat radiation requires neither contact nor a contact medium to spread. The infrared radiation generated by the direct current is amplified approximately 200 times by the amethyst. The BioMat® itself is not heated.

How much time you want to spend on the BioMat depends entirely on your own assessment and preference. We recommend increasing both times and temperatures slowly.
The times you spend on the BioMat vary from 30 minutes to a whole night during your night's rest. During the night, most users prefer a temperature on the lowest level (35°) or on the second level (40°). These levels correspond not the resulting body temperature! Your feeling of well-being is always important!

I am very satisfied with the Biomatt.
I don't sleep through the night, but I'm much fitter in the morning than before.
My low temperature is still constant, so it probably won't rise that quickly.
Should you remove the plug from the socket after use? Or does it not matter?
I once left it in for the whole day (mat was turned off) and in the evening the control unit was a bit warm. Is that ok?

Can you deliver at short notice, is it supposed to be a Christmas present?
Our first Biomat is used enthusiastically by the whole family every day. Everyone fights to see who gets to lie on it first. We are super happy with it.
I also need a new filter for our current Cavendisch 9 water ionizer. This ionizer is also used daily and has a positive impact on all of our health.
I would also like to order another water ionizer (see above) for our company (as promised when I first ordered), same location, same, very hard water (25 dh), unless you recommend a new one, better, nicer alternative, perhaps a different provider, a new model or a newly released revision or or or...!

Only the control unit smelled a bit unpleasant at first, but that has improved.
The mat is very good for me, I was able to sleep better immediately after the first few uses!!! (although I don't use them in bed at night) and my blood pressure

In general I'm feeling a little better. The water conditioner is used daily, the mat is not used in summer.
I'm currently trying to kill the candida with turpentine + sugar. Through special food combining and, among other things, buckwheat seedlings, I manage to improve digestion and protect the liver.
At night I now wear a bite splint that is supposed to relax my jaw so that the Atlas vertebra doesn't slip out regularly.

After using the Biomat Mini for 2 months, I would like to give you some initial feedback.
I first became aware of it through the book "37 degrees - the secret of the ideal body temperature" by Uwe Karstädt. Even though some people consider it controversial, his explanations really convinced me, as I feel better in warm temperatures than in winter and a low temperature can be easily determined with a thermometer. (In my case, sometimes only 35,5 degrees)
While looking for the Biomat mentioned there, I became aware of their website and decided to test it because they offer a free return option and a return after 180 days would also be possible.
I also looked for cheaper alternatives to the Biomat, but found that they were not comparable with the equipment.
Even a simple electric blanket didn't really convince me; it looks more like a sauna from the outside, while the infrared sauna penetrates deeper into the tissue. If you operate the Biomat at 35 degrees overnight, the body will slowly warm up without waking up bathed in sweat. A similar principle should also apply to hyperthermia therapy, except that it is very expensive.
