D 40-7 is a piece of sports equipment without road approval!
Electric skateboards, e-scooters, normal skateboards, longboards, mountain bikes and similar sports equipment are not permitted on the street because they do not have taillights, mudguards, bells, reflectors or similar attachments.
Only motorized personal transport that travels independently at a maximum of 6 km/h is permitted on streets and sidewalks.
So only the electric wheelchair is allowed because it doesn't exceed 6km/h. Of course, anything can be driven on private property.
Riding an electric skateboard, regular skateboard, longboard, mountain bike on roads so do so at your own risk. This also includes driving the TranceBoard M 25-6 Carbon. It is not street legal! We are not liable for any damages of any kind.
Battery Disposal Instructions
In connection with the distribution of batteries or accumulators or with the delivery of devices containing batteries or accumulators, we are obliged to point out the following to you:
Batteries may not be disposed with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to dispose of used batteries properly. You can return batteries free of charge after use at the point of sale or in your immediate vicinity (e.g. in municipal collection points or in stores). You can also send used batteries back to us by post.
Batteries or accumulators that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed out garbage can. The chemical name of the pollutant is located near the garbage can symbol:
“Cd” stands for cadmium, “Pb” for lead and “Hg” for mercury.
