Supplying hydrogen via an NADH tablet or rather via hydrogen water?
Dear Mr. Asenbaum,
I recently got it Hydrogen booster Classic ordered and I now had the following general idea about hydrogen supply:
If I remember correctly, Prof. Birkmayer explained in a lecture that taking an NADH tablet supplies the body with hydrogen, which of course has a positive effect on ATP production, metabolic processes, etc.
So if taking NADH would be an alternative to hydrogen water, how do you see that?

Answer from Karl Heinz Asenbaum | Hydrogen over NADH
Hello Mr. S.,
NADH (C21H27N7O14P2) is produced in the mitochondria.
It is a very large molecule with a molecular mass of 660 g/mol. I would be interested to know how Mr Birkmayer imagines the transport route from the digestive tract to the mitochondria. I think this transport is simply impossible. There is not a single study among the "studies" cited on his website.

What is stated there can at best be described as advertising material for its products or as a simple description of the effect of NADH, which is already present in the cells.
Hydrogen, on the other hand, only has a molecular mass of 1g/mol and, as the smallest of all gas molecules, can flow through every part of the body. Therefore, NADH in tablet form is not an alternative to hydrogen water, but rather a consumer deception.
With kind regards,
Karl H. Asenbaum.
