A life's work becomes public: All human studies on molecular hydrogen – free for the whole world.
For many years we have harbored a wish: to consolidate all scientific research on molecular hydrogen (H₂) in humans to collect everything in one place and make it freely accessible to everyone. Now the time has come.
With h2medizin.org (German and h2medicine.org (in English) you will now find a advertising-free, neutral overview of all human studies Regarding hydrogen – each one checked against scientific databases, with a direct link to the original source at PubMed and for publication (DOI), categorized according to disease, dosage form, and significance. Studies without proven efficacy are also given equal weight – because honest science presents both sides.
Behind this lies the decades of collecting and research work by Karl Heinz AsenbaumThis was supplemented by months of meticulous searching of the internet and all relevant research databases. Hundreds of papers were reviewed, read, checked, translated into German and English, and carefully categorized. It was a huge undertaking – and we're quite proud that it's now available to everyone.
At a glance
- All human studies on H₂ in one place
- Ad-free & neutral – no products, no sales calls
- Each study with PubMed and DOI source
- German & English, honest about limits
- Free to embed on any website
From person to person: a years-long exchange with leading figures
This collection also thrives on... personal exchange with leading international hydrogen researchersKarl Heinz Asenbaum has been in office for some time now. almost ten years in friendly professional contact with Tyler LeBaron – an exchange that continues to this day. We also maintain contact with esteemed pioneers such as Randy Sharpe and Alex TarnavaThis direct line to those who shape the field is factored into the selection and classification of the studies.

Why we went to this trouble
Hydrogen is one of the most exciting – and at the same time most misunderstood – topics surrounding water. Many promises circulate, and just as many prejudices. It was important to us to counter this with something reliable: The studies themselves, transparent and without any sales intentEveryone should be able to form their own well-founded opinion – interested parties as well as doctors, journalists or researchers.
What pleases us most is that everyone can now integrate this knowledge into their own website with a single click. This way, the evidence goes where people are looking for it – and helps to make molecular hydrogen more widely known in a serious and honest way. That's precisely why we put in the work, and we are convinced: This widget will help us and the whole world.
